1. Is Seva Nivesh a self-service portal or do you provide any services?

Seva Nivesh is primarily a self-service portal where NPOs can independently upload their promotional material and interact with the interested investors. Investors/donors can also log in and view information about the NPOs of their interest and interact independently with them.

For NPOs that need assistance we offer support for onboarding, content upload, etc.

2. Is Seva Nivesh a crowdfunding platform?

No, Seva Nivesh is not a crowdfunding platform. Only those NPOs which are going for listing on the Social Stock Exchange can present their projects to the registered investors. Fundraising through normal donations is not enabled on Seva Nivesh.

3. Does Seva Nivesh function like an Exchange or a broker?

No. Seva Nivesh does not act as an exchange or a broker. It is only a platform for the NPOs and Investors to come together, know each other and enable participation in the listed project. All financial transactions occur through the registered intermediaries, payment gateways and banking apps.

4. What type of social organizations are eligible to register on Seva Nivesh?

All NPO's who are registered on SSE ( either on NSE and/or BSE) and ready to list their issue on SSE can register on Seva Nivesh and promote their issue.

5. Can for-profit organizations register on Seva Nivesh?

Yes, for-profit organizations who are registered on NSE and/or BSE and ready to list their issue on SSE can register on Seva Nivesh and promote their issue.

6. What is the profile of investors who are eligible to register on Seva Nivesh?

Retail donors/ investors, HNI and UHNI investors, Institutional donors (foundations, trusts, etc), companies who wish to invest beyond their CSR obligations can register on Seva Nivesh platform.

7. How does Seva Nivesh charge for its services?

Currently Seva Nivesh is not charging any fees for using the platform.

8. How does Seva Nivesh help in raising funds for social organizations?

Being a web-based platform, Seva Nivesh gives visibility to the organization in front of investors all over India, to whom the organization does not access. Seva Nivesh does not promote or market any specific issue or organization. The objective is to provide a forum for the NPOs to know and interact with investors and for the Investors to know about the NPOs who are curated for their credibility and worthy of investment/ contribution.

9. How does Seva Nivesh promote the SSE issue of a social organization?

Seva Nivesh assists NPO's in the following manner to improve visibility and outreach to raise funds more effectively:

• Providing a dedicated page for each SSE issue
• Offering visibility tools (impact stories, videos, documents, etc.)
• Running promotional campaigns within the platform

No. Only NPOs registered on Seva Nivesh will get access to the registered Investors.
